The Department of Physics was started in the year 2002. It was upgraded to a PGdepartment in 2006.At the undergraduate level, the department offers a course thatcombines the study of physics with complementary electivesin Chemistry and Mathematics.This interdisciplinary approach provides studentswith a well-rounded education, equipping them with a strong foundation in physicsprinciples as well as the necessary knowledge in related scientific disciplines.
